Robin de Blanche, born 1984, in the outskirts of Gothenburg Sweden.
Growing up, graphics & art fast became a part of my daily life. When drawing as young it was usually abstract objects and very colorful creations but also much in the range of symmetry and structure that took form.
During all the years in school I continued with my drawings and my interest for the artistic started to grow.
At the age of 16 I started working with photography and digital art on a regular basis on my spare time. It was also around this time I attended a photography class and learned about analog photography with the darkroom and everything around it. This built up very fast and I knew this was something that'd be a part of my life, one way or another
After school I spent a couple of years workin before I realized that photography/graphics was my true joy.
Christmas 2006 I bought my first camera, EOS 400D, and took up photography as well as graphics on a higher level.
Early 2008 I decide to start studying and get away from all the non-giving jobs.
I applied to Blekinge Institute of Technology and got accepted a few months later. Since september 1st I'm studying
Digital Visual Production, 180 ECTS credit points, Sweden / Blekinge / Karlshamn.
The love for photography and illustrations I think lies in the fact that it's something that's beeing created. Something that didn't exist before, something unique.
To be able to share the things I see and experience through my lens and/or by computer to other people and get a reaction is incredible. It's so rewarding and makes it all worth while.
I'm avalible/open for commissions and longer projects.
